Fighting The Good Fight

I love tortilla chips. In fact, I love tortilla chips so much that I dedicated an entire blog to pictures of nachos. So I recently complained on Yelp that a restaurant charged for tortilla chips separately. You order guac, and they charge you $3 for a bowl of 12 tortilla chips to go with it. And when those chips run out, they charge $3 for an additional handful of tortilla chips. This restaurant was charging for tortilla chips by the dozen! In my review, I used words and phrases like "unconscionable" and "wtf" and "I felt like I had been robbed!" The manager just wrote me back, apologized, thanked me for my feedback, and said that they have since changed their tortilla chips policy and are now serving tortilla chips at no extra charge. He also invited me back for dinner with a guest on the house.
